Responsibilities
- Coordination of ALCM (Asset, Liability and Capital Management) function of the Bank
- Preparation of papers submitted to Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and the Management
- Preparation of ad hoc analytical papers presented to ALCO and the Management with value added suggestions and forward-looking recommendations to facilitate strategic decisions from asset, liability and capital management perspective
- Funding and capital planning of the Bank
- Coordination of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and preparation of ICAAP reports
- Coordination of Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAA)
- Preparation of stress tests
- Preparation of Recovery plans and relevant testing
- Management and implementation of new projects in ALCM area
- Monitoring, control over and implementation of relevant regulatory requirements in ALCM area
- Sundry duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Finance
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Qualification of ACCA/CFA will be a plus
- Good knowledge of financial and banking legislation
- Knowledge of Armenian and English (Verbal/Written)
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistently deliver a personalized, friendly and efficient attitude towards work
