Responsibilities
- Handle client communications via phone and email - Coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and document client interactions - Provide support for administrative tasks, including managing documentation and data entry - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency in spoken and written English for professional client interactions - Prior experience communicating over the phone with North American clients is essential. - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently - Availability to work from 4 PM to 12 AM
