Responsibilities
- Perform customer and transaction data analysis and assessment
- Submit reports to the Head of Retail Business Support and Operations Division and Retail Banking Director according to the defined frequency
- Where there are suspicions criteria or details about the transaction, acting as the authorized person of the Retail Banking Department, provide opinion/recommendations about the transactions executed within the scope of business relations with clients to the authorized bodies and persons specified in the respective legal regulation
- Collect information about high risk category and/or non-resident clients from public sources and compare it with the information provided by the client and available in the client’s file
- Provide the list of main issues raised by the front-desk employees for including them into the agenda of educational trainings held by the Financial Monitoring Service
Required Qualifications
- University degree in finance, economics or accounting
- At least 4 years of work experience in the relevant domain including 2 years in customer service sector
- Knowledge of bank accounting fundamentals, banking legislation and prudential standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
- Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze financial data
- Team player
- Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and representation skills
- Proficiency in banking and accounting software
