- Preliminary review and distribution of submitted international and projects financing applications, primary and/or secondary analysis of applications, ensuring/managing the efficiency of the process - Making decisions for issuance of loans within the scope of authorities established by internal legal acts, submitting an opinion for issuance of loans outside the scope of authorities to the competent body with the authority to approve them - Managing the rating process for international and projects financing clients - Provision of professional assistance in the process of developing/improving international and projects financing products, as well as in the process of developing/amending internal legal acts regulating the international and projects financing sector - Development and management of activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of the Division - Fulfillment of the project(s) planned by the Bank's annual strategic plan, ensuring/managing the effectiveness of fulfillment of the project(s) assigned to the Division - Training of the Bank’s and the unit’s staff and/or participation in the training process, mentoring - Development/amendment of the methodology, internal legal acts, reporting forms and guidelines regulating the work of the Division

- Higher education - Minimum 3 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector - Knowledge of banking legislative and normatives - English language proficiency (C1 level) - Computer skills (MS office) - Good knowledge of macro and micro economics - Knowledge of legal acts regulating the field of accounting (including financial and tax accounting)
