- Perform bank reconciliations in QuickBooks and other accounting programs - Prepare journal entries, and keep the financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork - Prepare invoices, checks, account reconciliations, and other related reports and review them for accuracy - Perform monthly closing entries and reconciliations on balance sheet accounts - Process a large volume of transactions within a specified period

- University degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Mathematics or another related field - 5 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance - Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles and a basic understanding of how to apply them - Strong knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks - The ability to work with USA clients, in a variety of different projects - Experience with US accounting is highly desirable - Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal - Mastery over numbers and being quick with numerical calculations - Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized and meet all required deadlines - Curiosity, and a commitment to life-long learning
