- Create and implement awareness, growth and recruiting digital campaigns - KPI content: minimum 3 post per week on each platform. Whenever there is an event or celebration in the company, post about it to be made next day after the event. - Answering all comments and messages on social media same day - KPI recruiting: as requested by HR - KPI growth - Main POC for all local media relations - Liases with external vendors for PR campaigns - Writes and distributes company press releases / articles (in coordination with Head of PR GSM) - Manages all external queries (e.g. Social media community management: inbox and comments) - Manages Social Media and Recruitment campaigns - Supports recruiting efforts locally through marketing initiatives - Creates budget and strategy for each request from local HR - Creates ad and runs campaign - Reports on results and proposes improvements - Cross Dep collaborations: Collaborates with all local departments to create external content or support growth - External vendor partnership: Governs all agency and marketing vendors relations, contracts and deliveries - Digital advertising - Campaign management from creation to implementation - Yearly digital growth budget management + ad hoc recruiting campaign budgets - Reporting & KPI’s (TBD Social Media Manager)

- Strong Content Creation and Copywriting Skills - Social Media Platform Expertise and Analytics Knowledge - Excellent Armenian and English speaking and writing skills - German C1 will be an advantage - Social Media, Agency, Marketing Experience desirable - Social Media Management Tools - Analytics and Reporting - Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc. - Canva - Communication skills - Creativity - Analytical Ability - Brand Awareness - Planning and organizing - Team Collaboration - Representing Teleperformance Values - Cultural Sensitivity - Content Creation - Trend Awareness - Community Engagement - Crisis Management - Time management - Platform Specific Expertise - KPI knowledge and understanding - Reputation Management - Respecting authoritie
