- Component Assembly: Assist in assembling and troubleshooting hardware components and devices according to specifications - Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate workshop machinery, tools, and equipment safely, conducting regular maintenance to ensure efficiency - Prototyping Assistance: Support engineers in developing and modifying prototypes, contributing to the design improvement process - Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to verify that components meet quality standards - Inventory Management: Manage tools, parts, and materials, ensuring proper storage and timely replenishment - Documentation: Maintain detailed logs and documentation of completed tasks, parts used, and any identified issues - Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workshop environment - Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians and engineers, providing support on various projects and initiatives

- Junior Level: Some experience in a workshop or hardware environment; basic knowledge of hardware assembly and tools - Mid-Level: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware components independently - Familiarity with workshop machinery and tools (drills, soldering irons, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under supervision or independently - Basic knowledge of quality control processes - Ability to lift and handle heavy tools and components as required - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
