Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding telecom products and services
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware, software, and configurations
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support or engineering teams as needed, while ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on new telecom technologies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Fulfil other technical tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Russian languages.
