Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow across the office, partners, and subcontractors
- Track project timelines and provide regular updates to ensure all processes run smoothly
- Follow up on key tasks related to ongoing projects, keeping stakeholders informed
- Perform various administrative tasks as requested, including filing, answering phones, and welcoming visitors
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Create, manage, and organize databases and spreadsheets
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Stay involved in all company processes to ensure effective assistance and support for follow-up activities
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences as needed
- Manage and prioritize the Managing Director’s calendar, emails, and appointments
- Assist with drafting and responding to communications
- Organize and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Provide assistance with personal tasks for the Managing Director as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, or English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Capacity to work independently and proactively
- Familiarity with project management tools or processes is an advantage
