- Ensure alignment with the Bank’s product promotion policy and objectives - Identify and analyze unmet customer needs and requirements - Develop a comprehensive product promotion methodology - Utilize both internal and external sources of information to analyze customer behavior and needs - Oversee the product development process from strategic planning to final sales - Initiate and implement activities designed to enhance product marketing - Conduct thorough studies and monitor changes within the banking system - Perform analysis of digital data and relevant indicators

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field - 3 + years of product marketing experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector - Understanding of banking products, customer needs, and industry trends - Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform strategy - Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines
