Reporting Specialist

- Collect and analyze travel data from various internal and external sources - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cross-referencing information from different partners and departments - Prepare detailed reports for each partner airline and consolidator, summarizing travel data, expenditures, and other relevant metrics - Generate comprehensive reports for the accounting department to ensure accurate data transfer related to travel expenses, revenues, and other financial details - Produce detailed expense reports for each employee’s business trip, ensuring adherence to company policies and budgetary constraints - Act as the main contact person for financial, accounting, and audit departments, facilitating the flow of information, and addressing any discrepancies in data or reports - Work closely with these departments to ensure compliance with internal audit processes and external regulations - Utilize Microsoft Excel and other relevant reporting software to manage, manipulate, and present data effectively - Continuously improve reporting processes, suggesting efficiencies where applicable

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Accounting, or a related field - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros); knowledge of reporting tools - Experience analyzing large data sets and presenting findings - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and discretion with sensitive data - Team player with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks - Experience in reporting/data analysis, ideally in the travel or airline industry - Knowledge of accounting principles or auditing processes - Strong time management and problem-solving skills
