Responsibilities
- Monitor all company card transactions consistently, ensuring each payment aligns with the relevant budget, task, and invoice - Verify that all payments remain within the approved budget. If a cost center goes over its budget, notify the relevant department promptly for explanations and necessary corrective actions - Investigate alternative payment options, like wire transfers, to find the most efficient ways to process invoices and manage expenses - Maintain strict oversight of approved budgets, ensuring all spending is tracked and managed to prevent overspending.ancial reports for management that include card transactions, budget usage, and spending trends to aid in strategic decision-making - Continuously assess the market for the most secure and effective tools and practices for managing company card transactions, keeping the company updated with financial management technologies - Regularly review invoice details for accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or any related field - At least 2 years of work experience - Knowledge of English and Armenian is essential - Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office - Strong communication and organization skills - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Strong time management skills
