Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers, guests, and other visitors to the bank
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing questions, clarifying issues, and providing guidance as needed
- Offer primary information on banking services and products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all visitors
- Take responsibility for resolving any issues related to the service and information hall, when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Are undergraduate or recent graduate students
- Possess strong communication skills and can engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Present a professional demeanor
- Are willing to learn about banking products and services quickly and efficiently in order to assist customers effectively
- Have an excellent command of the Armenian language and can communicate fluently in English and Russian
- Can multitask without becoming overwhelmed
- Have experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
