- Develop and deliver new product features - Improve engineering processes and tools to increase team effectiveness - Work across both technical and business-focused teams to deliver value to the users

- 4+ years of backend development experience - 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and JS libraries - Expert knowledge of and proficiency with Node.js - Practical experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.) - Experience working with caching systems (Redis, Memcached) - Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools like Docker, Compose - Experience working with the TDD/BDD - Knowledge of GIT - Experience with microservices - Experience in the blockchain industry - Understanding of Agile methodologies - Good communication and business relationship building skills - Good spoken English
