Procurement Specialist

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the provided tasks - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers locally and internationally to ensure quality and cost-effective sourcing - Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the company - Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of items - Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulations - Coordinate logistics and shipment of goods, including customs clearance for international purchases

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field - Strong understanding of electronics, technical, construction items - Proven experience in procurement, with expertise in both local and international markets - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus - Valid driving license is preferable
