Senior Payment Operations Specialist | VBET

- Oversee VBET payment processes, including withdrawals and deposits, ensuring smooth and efficient operations - Solve per-client cases, handling general payment issues - Ensure all daily transactions are accurately recorded in the financial system by reconciling payments across multiple platforms - Implement and manage new payment systems, covering integration and ongoing monitoring. Promptly remove non-functioning payment systems from the website - Organize contract signing processes with providers - Communicate with payment providers regarding problems that may arise during integrations - Support regarding changes to the website that will possibly affect providers - Participate in expos, to attract new providers, and discuss current issues with the existing ones - Monitor and update website visuals, descriptions, logos, and limits to ensure all information is accurate - Communication with stakeholders: regions, VHD, Risk Department, CS, Finances, Legal - Prepare reports on task progress per website daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly - Regularly update the companies Atllassian’s Wiki with relevant information and changes

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus - In-depth knowledge of the betting and gambling industry - Proven experience in payment operations - Strong analytical skills and quick thinking for resolving issues; ability to multi-task under pressure - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Experience with Jira or similar task management tools is a plus
