- Perform preparatory work for the national ML/TF/PF risk assessment. Coordinate these works with competent authorities, conduct analyses, and prepare a comprehensive risk assessment report - Analyze transactions and other data to identify ML/TF related patterns and trends - Develop national ML/TF typologies and criteria, if high-risk criteria or typologies are identified based on strategic analysis results - Develop the national strategy in the field of the combating ML/ TF/PF and the actions plan for its implementation - Request information from law enforcement agencies regarding the use of financial intelligence data provided by the - FMC and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of data based on the responses

- Higher education in Law, Economics, or International Relations - At least 1 years of work experience in international organizations, public administration, or the private sector - Knowledge of international documents and domestic legislation related to combating ML/TF/PF - Understanding of international ML/TF typologies and trends - Knowledge of the legislation regulating the activities of reporting entities - Knowledge of general economic theory, accounting, and statistics - Excellent proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian
