- develop and implement strategic plans for the corporate banking business line to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability - identify market trends and opportunities to drive the development of new products and services tailored to corporate clients - collaborate with senior management to align corporate banking strategies with the Bank’s overall business goals - build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients - develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration - lead negotiations and close deals for corporate banking products and services - monitor and manage the performance of the corporate unit, including financial metrics, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness - implement best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency - analyze financial performance, market trends, and business metrics to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations - foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization - provide strategic direction and mentorship to the corporate business team - collaborate with senior executives to define and execute corporate strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion

- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred - 7+ years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record in management and business development - significant experience in leadership and team management, including developing and executing strategies and overseeing daily operations - strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and financial management - proficiency in analyzing financial data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed business decisions - proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders - excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior management, and staff - strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure business deals and manage client expectations - flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs - strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions - good command of Russian and English languages
