Responsibilities
- Ensure constant quality and service excellence through personalized approach
- Check the arrival list, identify the top VIPs, prepare the personalized welcome letters
- Assign amenities and follow up on their delivery
- Interact with guests during each opportunity (check-in, check-out, breakfast etc.), insure their satisfaction from the stay
- Respond to guest requests for every day queries as well as special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, etc.) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Act as a lobby Ambassador during pick times, providing a warm welcome to the Guests and orienting them in the Lobby
- Respond to requests from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 1year work experience in relevant position
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
