Responsibilities
- User Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media channels promptly and professionally. - Conduct follow-up phone calls to address user needs and concerns when necessary - Order Monitoring: Track the status of customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Coordinate with team members and logistics partners to resolve any delivery issues - Customer Feedback: Make outbound calls to gather user feedback and identify potential improvements - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance the customer experience - Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and improve workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Service, Philology, Communications, or a related field - Experience in customer support or related roles is an advantage - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English (both written and verbal) - Willingness to work in a challenging startup environment - A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering effective customer support. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues both independently and collaboratively - Excellent organizational skills to manage deadlines effectively
