- Providing detailed information about the products we offer - Effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints - Consistently achieving and exceeding the organization's monthly targets - Using the knowledge gained during training sessions - Attending team meetings - Supporting new team members

- Excellent knowledge of Armenian (C1) and good knowledge of Russian (B2); knowledge of English is desirable (B1) - Strong communication skills - Ability to quickly adapt and navigate situations - Ability to respond calmly to conflict situations - Ability to work in a team and take initiative - Work experience in maintenance and knowledge of 1C will be considered an advantage
