Marketing Associate

- Support project initiators with internal documentation flow (in eCAS, 1C, SAP systems, etc.) - Provide effective communication with marketing team members, suppliers, other stakeholders during all stages of documents signing and payment processes to ensure timely payments - Consolidation of monthly tracking inputs regarding open PR/POs, budget spending phasing control in line with AP based on inputs from financial department - Analyze marketing investments according to directions, provide updated information to the immediate manager and the budget owner - Lead custom clearance process for marketing materials in close cooperation with suppliers, merchandising team, directions leads, and brokerage service provider - Weekly, monthly, projects reports consolidation and provision to stakeholders (WMN, MMB, other) - Organization internal events and trad communication materials based on approved brief - Perform any other possible tasks given by the line manager/employer

- Higher education is required - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or marketing roles. Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus - Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian is required - Confident PC user with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Critical thinker with strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Project management skills - Ability to act decisively in crisis situations and maintain composure under stress - Fast learner, self-motivated, with a focus on achieving high results and continuous improvement
