- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the country-specific business strategy in alignment with the company’s global objectives - Sales Management: Oversee and drive sales operations, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and operational goals - Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction - Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Financial Oversight: Manage the country’s budget, financial performance, and resource allocation effectively - Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market conditions

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing large teams, and achieving strategic goals - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team - Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and adapt to changing market conditions - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
