Responsibilities
- Perform research on industry trends, audience preferences and competition in the US market, discover target audiences, social media communities, influencers, etc - Design and implement social media strategy and daily content plan to engage target audiences & industry experts, engage new followers, promote our company products, increase traffic through planned daily posts and activities - Manage company social media pages in FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest and others - Prepare briefs and requirements for copywriters and creative team (designer, photo, video) and coordinate its preparation - Plan and manage paid campaigns and ads, present budgets and measurement metrics, report on efficiency - Participate in e-commerce performance monitoring through various tools to be informed of other channels performances, ads campaigns, SEO campaigns - In cooperation with customer support manager, organize and monitor the customer support process through social media - Suggest and implement new features, social media management (SMM) systems and marketing automation tools/software - Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency - Prepare ongoing reports and analysis
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant fields - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager for projects targeting US market and e-commerce platforms - Experience of managing monthly ads budgets of 3000$+ - Strong success track of managing ad campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube to find highly converted and affordable traffic source for our e-commerce - Advanced knowledge of overall digital marketing and e-commerce metrics, basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO - Great analytical and reporting skills to identify meaningful and actionable insights from all digital marketing data and turn them into an action plan - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once - Excellent verbal and written skills of English
