- Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company's overall business objectives - identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and profitability - assess and optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness - ensure that operational activities are aligned with customer needs and expectations - develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners - establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance - develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization - implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence, ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments - regularly review and report on operational performance to the CEO and board of directors

- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is preferred) - extensive experience in senior management roles, including prior experience as a COO or in a similar executive position - experience in developing and implementing business strategies, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management - in-depth knowledge of operational processes, efficiency improvements, and best practices - strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges - proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to navigate and lead through change, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation - commitment to ongoing professional development and learning - excellent command of Russian and English
