Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for different segments to drive retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value (including email, SMS, Outbound calls, Pop-up notifications, push notifications, and in-app messaging) - Analyze customer data to identify key segments and behaviors, analyze and indicate promo KPIs - Use A/B testing and other methodologies to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly regarding responsible gaming practices - Collaborate with regional, marketing and analytics teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Economics or related field - Experience in Gambling (preferably Marketing department / CRM) - Proficiency in Armenian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Ability to work in a team and independently, collaborate and meet deadlines - Strong communication and analytical skills - Strong arithmetic skills will be considered as an advantage
