- plan, design, and implement network systems, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, and internet connections - configure and install various network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs - monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability - perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations - troubleshoot and resolve network problems, including hardware and software issues - implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols - conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions - provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff - maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, network changes, and incident reports - generate regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and system updates - work closely with other IT team members, management, and external vendors to coordinate network activities and projects

- university degree in computer science or other technical fields - relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA) are a plus - at least 3 years of professional experience - strong knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) - proficiency with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and network operating systems (CISCO, Palo Alto); - experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools - excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
