- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience in performance auditing, internal auditing, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Familiarity with Jira and other task management tools is highly desirable - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods - Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner - Experience with data analysis software and audit management tool - Strong ethical standards and integrity. ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
