QA Engineer

- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases - Setup and configure test environments and import test data - Participate in sprint planning activities and provide estimates for testing - Work closely with the development team to perform early testing on components prior to integration builds - Test old/new functionalities, report bugs - Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved - Follow up on issues reported by users/customer support - Troubleshooting/Debugging - Report QA status, to keep project stakeholders informed on deliverables and timelines

- 3+ years of work experience as a QA Engineer - BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience in web, and mobile applications testing - Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence - Experience in MySQL - Knowledge of QA and SDLC processes - Knowledge of programming languages will be an asset, especially PHP, CSS, JS - Fluency of English, both written and spoken - Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the development team - Excellent communication skills
