Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth, client retention, and strategic alignment
- Conduct in-depth research on existing and potential clients to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies
- Develop and implement client contact and reactivation strategies
- Communicate with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition
- Participate in the preparation of periodic status reports for clients to ensure transparency and keep them informed of project progress
- Foster a strong company culture and values in all client interactions to maintain and develop long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Project Management teams, to ensure seamless project planning and execution
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess the capabilities of local players
- Maintain accurate records and reports while adhering to department objectives
- Be a client advocate in all internal client/project-related meetings and protect their rights if necessary
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and service knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Proven ability to handle tough conversations, client rejections, or other challenging situations
- Solid experience in digital tools ( CRM, HubSpot, MS Office, etc)
