- Understand the company’s goals and KPIs and be able to align reports and insights based on them - Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and existing customer retention - Identify and investigate trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve the KPI's performance and the company’s strategy - Contribute to the marketing team, assuring data-driven decision-making - Work with marketing, product, data and development teams to create data resources and build appropriate reporting - Work closely with the core Data Analyst team by sharing knowledge and experience to ensure the entire team achieves its goals

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or a related field - 3+ years of relevant experience - Experience/knowledge in statistics, SQL, Python, Tableau (experience with PowerBI is a plus) - Ability to demonstrate data manipulation and create meaningful insight and visualization - Attentive to detail - Keen and curious nature; able and willing to share your opinion - Organized; able to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines - Able to communicate effectively; fluent in English – both spoken and written - Embody company values and contribute to the team culture through feedback and suggestions
