Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy

- Build, maintain and optimize ServiceTitan’s top-down TAM and penetration models, along with comprehensive documentation and regular reporting - Discover market insights by building extensions to existing models, conducting deep dives and ad-hoc analysis - Drive various processes to ensure data quality and accuracy across the CRM for ongoing sales operations, and provide analytical support to the Commercial/Construction and Fintech orgs - Partner with cross-functional teams across the business, including general managers (GM), finance and product strategy to integrate data insights into strategic planning and execution - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports - Automate recurring reporting for operational efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Science or a similar field - 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, corporate strategy or data analytics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights - Hands on experience with analyzing large data sets using SQL, BI (Tableau) tools and Gsheets/Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders - Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of macroeconomics factors and trends - Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferable)
