Research Analyst

- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define research goals and objectives - Propose relevant research design, develop an appropriate research instrument to achieve the goals and objectives of the research - Analyze research data, develop research-based recommendations to help stakeholders make ​better-informed decisions; Execute research follow-up when needed - Manage and analyze monthly and quarterly research tracking - Collect and analyze secondary data - Manage qualitative research projects/ customer research projects, analyze data and provide insights

- Good knowledge of research methods - Ability to manipulate large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications (Tableau, Excel) - Strong analytical and critical thinking - Ability to distill large amounts of information into specific takeaways - Ability to use online survey tools - Strong communication and presentation skills - an ability to work well with all levels of management, internal staff and users - Excellent knowledge of English - Strong written communication skills
