Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and suggest our products with their benefits
- Observe and analyze client behavior during call
- Gather information about customer complaints
- Use client input to develop effective retention strategies
- Negotiate with customers in order to renew contracts and keep their business ongoing for long run partnerships
- Meet with the sales team to discuss ways to retain customers and attract new ones
- Present customer reports to higher management
- Develop positive customer and business associate relationships
- Do other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing , or a similar field is required
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of fluent Armenian and Russian is required, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented, detail oriented and sociable person
- Advanced organizing abilities are required
- Strong ability to resolve conflicts
- Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing software.In stressful conditions, the ability to stay cool and professional
