Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings
- Document customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required, in the customer support system
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Fluent in Russian language like a native
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, often through internships or entry-level positions will be plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Problem-solving abilities
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback
- Customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
