- Develop and execute web3 marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and promote engagement with our products and services - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the web3 space - Work closely with the product development team to develop messaging and positioning for our products and services - Create and execute email marketing campaigns, social media. campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions - Manage and optimize web3 advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and retargeting - Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop content that supports web3 marketing initiatives, such as blog posts, white papers, and case studies - Analyze web3 marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive improvements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in web3 marketing or related field - Strong understanding of web3 technologies and the block chain space or iGaming industry - Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives - Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
