Financial Internal Control Specialist

- Identify and analyze organizations risks (e.g. business, operational, financial) - Assess and monitor risks inherent to organizations business processes and IT systems - Develop risk management controls, contingency plans and systems - Prepare reports and present recommendations to management - Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses - Help implement solutions and plans - Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks - Check the compliance of business processes or individual functions with the Company's policies, procedures, and the requirements of other internal legal acts

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in financial/banking system - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Knowledge of risk assessment and control - Proficiency in office software (MS Office) - High motivation and initiative, ability to work independently - Ability to optimize the working processes and offer creative solutions - Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks - Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
