- Plan, execute, and oversee e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives - Utilize Jira to manage tasks, workflows, and progress tracking for project teams - Oversee board management, ensuring smooth task assignment and tracking across multiple teams - Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing risks to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards - Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and designers - Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible - Continuously evaluate and optimize project workflows for efficiency and effectiveness - Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience working as project manager in IT field - Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools - Experience with board management for team workflows and task tracking - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies - Familiarity with Ucraft Next or similar workflow management platforms is a significant advantage - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus - Experience in the e-commerce sector, with knowledge of industry-specific challenges and solutions
