Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, and meetings
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop effective sales strategies and plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and interests of each client
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close sales deals
- Ensure all contractual and financial aspects of the sales process are handled effectively
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and projections
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Analyze data to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, sales methodologies, and client acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to potential clients
- Ability to develop compelling sales pitches and proposals that address clients' specific needs
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance metrics.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
