Payment Systems Financial Expert

- Monitor program costs; calculate fees; monitor work orders, provide financial assistance to management staff - Prepare cost report summaries and special statistical cost studies - Oversee reconciliation of accounts payable balances to ensure that they are accurate at all times - Understand and analyze the workflow of payments systems - Use payments system data to generate financial reports - Check different payment systems balances, data reconciliation from different software’s - Make crypto transfers, withdrawals and top-ups in payment systems - Prepare reports on collections activity, payment processing trends, and financial status - Responsible for creating, analyzing and maintaining financial processes that improve accuracy and efficiency of payment processes - Manage and resolve complex payment exceptions and issues among third-party payment processors as well as customer billing and accounting systems - Compile cost estimates and other financial projections; assist in detailed reports of cost proposals - Use accounting skills to analyze financial data and make sense of it, create reports and other documents that are accurate and informative - Perform other related duties as required

- University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or a related field - Experience in a Payment Services industry and Crypto sphere will be an asset - Advanced knowledge of MS Office is a must - Good knowledge of English is a plus - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Analytical mind and problem-solving skills - Ability to establish priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines - Work independently with minimal supervision or in team - Knowledge of exchange will be an asset
