Sales Manager

- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales - Act as the main communication link with the client along the entire implementation period of the job - Ensure a prompt, clear and pleasant communication with all clients - Understand clients booking trends, potential volumes - Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports; - Create Loyalty program for the partners - Make calls to contact various companies and offer quality services

- At least 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing or related field - Experience in Horeca - Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Excellent Communication Skills - Ensure that the restaurant follows all local health codes and regulations regarding food preparation, storage, and handling - Resolve complaints from guests in a polite, friendly manner always making sure we follow up with them when needed. - Also ensuring that GM knows of these situations when not around
