Sales Executive

Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan

- Researching prospects and generating leads - Contacting potential and existing customers/partners on the phone, by email, and in person - Preparing and distributing proposals, ensuring timely collection of invoices - Managing the sales process through specific software programs - Assisting the hotel sales manager in comprehensive competitor research to enhance market positioning - Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to meticulously plan and execute events and conferences - Demonstrating a keen understanding of customer needs, fostering strong company loyalty - Conducting targeted email campaigns and cold calls to engage and attract potential clients - Participating in sales team meetings

- Bachelor’s degree in a business related sphere or tourism/service -1+ years of sales experience - Excellent customer service and sales skills - Strong verbal and written communicator - Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages - Excellent phone and presentation skills - Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
