Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities - Develop and maintain customer segmentation models - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports/dashboards on customer metrics - Present insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders at all level
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields - At least two years of experience in a relevant position (iGaming, online products, e-commerce) is mandatory - Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in CRM analysis - Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, general financial) - SQL skills are mandatory, and knowledge of Python will be an advantage - Experience in web analytics will be an advantage - English is required, and other languages will be an advantage - Proactive communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating with team members, external data providers, and C-level executives - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
