SME Lending Senior Specialist

- attract SME customers and make active sales - consult regarding the lending processes - receive and analyze loan applications - create credit files, present to credit committee and manage the granting process - maintain current loan portfolio - collaborate with external partners - prepare and present relevant reports - track customers' payments

- university degree in economics or finance - at least 2 years' professional experience as a SME lending specialist - excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures - good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program - outstanding customer communication and acquisition skills, as well as advanced skills of sales plan implementation - negotiation and conflict management skills - strong analytical mind - good knowledge of Russian and English languages
