Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support per internal procedures
- Monitor and update calendars and deadlines, including court dates
- Send reminders and confirmations for all appointments
- Organize case materials and ensure proper archiving
- Follow firm protocols for privacy and document handling
Required Qualifications
- The Firm provides advanced and comprehensive training. Prior experience in the field is not required
- Fluency in English both written and oral
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a large amount of data and matters and attention to details
- Ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment
