Responsibilities
- Database Collection and Management: Take charge of data entry, database editing, verification, and adjustment to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Email Correspondence: Craft professional correspondence and maintain organized email communication
- Client Communication: Foster ongoing communication with established clients, gathering necessary materials for projects, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaboration with Marketing and Design Teams: Work closely with marketing and design representatives within the project team, providing them with essential information to support their initiatives
- Contract and Document Management: Coordinate and manage contracts and documents related to client accounts
- Event Coordination: Participate in organizing activities preceding and following events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Reporting and Meetings: Provide regular work reports, detailing progress and challenges, and attend mandatory team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
