Trade Analyst - Claims

- Create claims, input required fields, attach backup, balance to the backup received, and choose a contract that best matches the claim backup coming in - Update daily stats on manual and eclaim counts and dates, moving claims from evaluation to complete and updating all records - Ensure proper coverage for all accounts assigned, keeping the dates in sync, list bad mappings, communicating any questions with the Account Manager and/or Director of Client Services - Reach out and resolve customer claims, work missing back up reports - Manage mailbox, and monitor VIP customers to ensure they are processed as priority - Use Excel daily to manage different aspects of the role - Work on brand new accounts once started and work closely with the Account Manager to get the manual created for other team members

- Very good knowledge of the English language - Fully computer literate - Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and properly sum data - Excellent communication skills - Ability to complete work accurately - Excellent time management skills
