- Perform operation and maintenance of engineering systems and equipment, in particular: heating and cooling,ventilation and air conditioning, power supply, lighting, water supply and drainage, fire-fighting, fire alarm systems - Work with engineering systems and equipment maintenance software, including the respective paperwork - Organize procurement of the spare parts, tools and materials required for maintenance of engineering systems and equipment and ensure that they are available in necessary quantities - Manage equipment and material procurement costs - Maintain a register of emergency situations and other necessary registers and report about the emergencies related to the engineering systems of the building - Take all necessary measures to prevent emergency situations and eliminate their possible consequences - Perform preventive maintenance of engineering equipment - Maintain paperwork and prepare preventive maintenance reports - Analyze the energy consumption volumes and take appropriate measures to reduce them - Prepare all reports on energy consumption control - Make sure that all equipment is in working condition - Comply with the requirements of general quality control programs for engineering systems and equipment and check the engineering systems of the building on regular basis

- University degree in engineering - At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience - Computer skills - Punctual and organized personality - Ability to express ideas confidently and properly both in writing and verbally - Ability to exchange ideas, present the key issues, summarize results of discussions and make decisions - Ability to remain calm and make reasoned decisions in emergency situations - Ability to create and maintain a favorable working environment within the team - Ability to communicate politely - Good physical form to perform regular rounds and emergency actions - Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable
