Responsibilities
- Provide detailed information about the company’s services and procedures - Manage inbound and/or outbound customer calls - Respond to customer comments and queries via email and chat - Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews - Regularly provide feedback regarding the PowerFull App - Complete other tasks assigned by the stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English - Excellent time management skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to de-escalate situations with solution-oriented negotiation - Strong sense of ownership, a can-do attitude, and detail-orientation - Commitment to continuous learning and developing knowledge and skills - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Products

Additional Information
