Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development
- Make reports and evaluations for each team member
- Ensures all current and newly staff are properly assessed, coordinated and facilitated
- Creates an inspiring team environment while setting clear team goals based on the Company’s culture
- Guarantees all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Management//Business/Law
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Proactive approach to create a positive and engaging relationship with the team members
- Solid communicational and presentational skills
- Experience in the field of Gambling and Casinos
- Willingness to work in an office - Shift system
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Active contribution to the company’s growth
