Budget planning and financial control specialist

- Implementation of the budget planning - Cost analysis and control over the implementation of the Bank's expenditure plan and capital investments - Annual budget planning of expenditure items and capital investments of the Bank at the level of contracts and projects, in the context of the Bank's divisions - Analysis of expenses for the purpose of functional cost analysis - Calculation of the cost of divisions and functions of the Bank - Distribution of expenses to the level of products and divisions of the Bank - Approval of the Bank's expenditures against the budget/plan approved by the bank - Control/monitoring of expenses on a daily basis, monitoring of accounting records

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance and accounting - Аt least 1 year of experience of in the field of finance, accounting preferably in a financial organization - Experience of reporting on IFRS, management accounting, budget planning - Knowledge of international standards of financial reporting - Knowledge of accounting - Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Analytical thinking - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - Perfect time management skill
